Buttery Baked Croissants with Turkey & Harvarti



These baked sandwiches are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Make ahead and keep in the fridge until ready to bake, or make ahead and store in the fridge until ready to eat. They also make a great 'on the go' meal. Hot tip - use mini croissants and turn these into appetizers.


INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large croissants, sliced

  • 8 slices creamy Havarti cheese

  • 4 tsps mango chutney, or any type of savory jelly

  • 4 tsps honey mustard

  • mixed greens

  • 2 tbls melted butter

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • everything bagel seasoning


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Place cut croissants open on oven tray. On one half of croissant spread the honey mustard. Spread the mango chutney on the other half. Divide the turkey and cheese between the croissants. Add mixed greens and fold croissant closed. Melt butter, add garlic powder and stir well - brush over top of croissants then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
